Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their technical specifications. Screen colours vary between devices, so product images are representative rather than exact. If a product is not as described, your remedy is a return under our Refund Policy.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will be refunded in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the order, not when you receive an order confirmation email.

Safe use

This product is a UV/LED curing lamp. Use it as directed. If you have a photosensitive condition, are taking medication that increases light sensitivity, or have any concern about UV exposure, speak to a medical professional before using it. Keep it away from children.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Gelavie or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
