Two light spectrums, one flawless cure

The Hardware

LED-only lamps leave some gel formulas tacky at the edges. Gelavie's 36W lamp runs UV and LED at once, so every polish, thick builder gel or a thin top coat, cures fully, evenly, every time.

Skip the booking, not the polish

Your Own Salon Hours

No more building your week around a salon slot. Change your color on a Tuesday night, fix a chip in five minutes, do it as often as you actually want.

How It Works

Paint. Slide in. Done.

There is no technique to learn and nothing to set up. The whole difference between a salon gel manicure and this one is the drive there.

01
Paint like you always do
Base, colour, top coat, whichever gel system is already in your drawer. The lamp cures LED gel, UV gel and extension gel alike.
02
Slide your hand in
The auto-sensor picks up your hand and starts the cure on its own, so you are never pressing buttons with wet polish. Manual mode is there when you want it.
03
Pick 30, 60 or 99
Thirty seconds for a quick top coat. Ninety-nine for Low Heat Mode, when you would rather take it slow and gentle.
The Math

It pays for itself the first time you don't book

A salon gel manicure is a standing appointment and a standing cost. The lamp is one purchase, and then it is just polish.

A salon gel manicure
$40-60
Every visit, every couple of weeks, plus the booking and the drive.
The Gelavie lamp
One time
Then every manicure after it costs you the polish and nothing else.

Salon pricing varies by city and salon. What you would actually save depends on how often you book.

Questions

The things people actually ask

If something here isn't covered, the contact page reaches us directly.

Will it cure the gel polish I already own?

Almost certainly. Curing gel is a wavelength question, not a brand question, and this lamp covers both of the wavelengths gel formulas are built around: 365nm and 405nm. That range is what lets it cure LED gel, UV gel and extension gel rather than just one of the three.

Is the 99-second setting really gentler?

Yes. The 99-second timer is the unit's Low Heat Mode, and it is labelled that way on the control panel itself. It spreads the same cure over a longer, lower-intensity window rather than driving it hard and fast, which is what causes the heat spike people flinch at. How warm any cure feels still depends on how thick the gel is laid on.
